  • Yes, you need to register as a member in ppsmarketing.com.my for an easier shopping experience with us. You just have to log in as a member the next time you shop with us and your personal and contact details for delivery will be automatically retrieved without having you to provide us again.

  • You can either click on the Register link on the top right side of the website to register as a member or register during the checkout process.

  • Payments can be made via the following methods:

    • Credit Card: Visa & MasterCard

      Payment using credit card will be via ipay88, a secured online payment gateway. Please note that “Mobile88.com” or “Mobile88.com Sdn Bhd” will be shown on your credit card statement. chicco.com.my reserves the right to request for additional information for verification purposes and/or reject any credit card transaction if deemed unfit. This payment option is available only if you are paying in RM. For payment in currencies other than RM (example S$), you have to use Telegrahic Transfer (TT).

    • Online Interbank Transfer

      We accept online interbank transfer from most of the major banks including Maybank2u, RHB, Alliance Online, Ambank, Hong Leong, Bank Islam, CIMB Click and Public Bank.

      Payment using Online Interbank Transfer will be via ipay88, a secured online payment gateway. Please note that “Mobile88.com” or “Mobile88.com Sdn Bhd” will be shown on your bank statement.

    • Cheque, Cash or Telegraphic Transfer (TT)

      Cheque, cash or TT can be should be deposited and made payable to the following bank account:

      Our bank account details will be displayed upon checkout when you choose this method of payment.

      Please inform us via email at contact@ppsmarketing.com.my or fax to 603-79849155 once payment has been made. Kindly state the following in your email or fax:
      (1) Your order reference number,
      (2) Your name and contact number,
      (3) Payment amount,
      (4) Payment method (Cheque, Cash or TT) and
      (5) Date and time of payment.

      Alternatively, you could scan, email or fax a copy of the bank-in slip/payment advice to us. Goods will only be delivered upon clearance of the cheque.

    For payment in currencies other than RM (example S$), this (Telegraphic Transfer (TT)) is only payment option available.

    We do not accept cash on delivery as delivery is made by courier. Three (3) days are given to complete the payment after the confirmation/verification email has been sent. Your order will be automatically cancelled after the said period.

  • ppsmarketing.com.my accepts credit card payment and online interbank transfer via iPay88 which is a secured online payment gateway (accredited by Bank Negara Malaysia) for your transaction during checkout.

  • Not to worry. Your confidential credit card information will automatically be encrypted using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits. Ppsmarketing.com.my does not store any of your credit card information.

  • Goods will normally be delivered to you via KTM.

    For payment in Singapore Dollars

    For prices in Singapore dollars, we deliver to anywhere in Singapore free of charges.

    However, you are required to pay GST to the transport company which is collecting on behalf of the Singapore Government.
     

    The delivery time may take 2 to 4 days after payment is cleared into our bank account.
    You (Singapore customers) have the option to pay in RM but you have to arrange your own delivery.
    If you are arranging your own delivery, item(s) can only be collected after payment is cleared into our bank account.

     

    The prices quoted in RM are ex-KL warehouse.

    You have the option to arrange your own delivery or give us your address and contact details through Enquiry, state the item(s) you are interested and we shall get quotation of delivery charges for you.

    If you are arranging your own delivery, item(s) can only be collected after payment is cleared into our bank account.

    If we are arranging delivery, items will be sent only after payment is cleared into our bank account.

    The delivery time within Peninsular Malaysia may take 2 to 5 days depending on location after payment is cleared into our bank account.

    The delivery time to East Malaysia may take 2 to 4 weeks depending on location and availability of shipment after payment is cleared into our bank account.

    The delivery time outside Malaysia other than Singapore may vary depending on availability of shipment.

     

     

  • After you have checkout, we will re-confirm your order within 48 hours either via email or phone. Subject to full receipt of payment, we will proceed with the arrangement of delivery within 3 working days from the re-confirmation of order.

    The delivery time may take 2 to 4 days after payment is cleared into our bank account for Singapore customers.

    The delivery time within Peninsular Malaysia may take 2 to 5 days depending on location after payment is cleared into our bank account.

    The delivery time to East Malaysia may take 2 to 4 weeks depending on location and availability of shipment after payment is cleared into our bank account.
